NEW! M.E in Manufacturing Management & Innovation DT035M

11 July 2012: The School of Manufacturing & Design Engineering at DIT Bolton St in collaboration with the College of Business in DIT Aungier St has introduced a new Master of Engineering programme starting in Sept 2012. This programme is aimed at graduates with a 2:2 honours minimum in a suitable Level 8 engineering discipline and will be delivered 3 days a week over a 12 months duration. A total of twelve modules worth 60 ECTS will be delivered in the first two semesters. A major project worth 30 credits will be on-going though the year and will be completed in semester 3. This is a unique programme which combines learning in design, innovation, management and lean operations equipping graduates or existing team leaders and managers with skills to meet modern demands of manufacturing environments. The programme will also ensure that graduates meet the new Engineers Ireland Level 9 criteria for Chartered Engineer status.
