Career opportunities in Technology and Innovation Management

29 August 2012: An advanced management Masters programme in Innovation and Technology management starts this year in the DIT School of Management. The full-time programme is suited to graduates with a degree in technology, engineering or science, and is particularly suited to those wishing to move from technical positions into management careers in any technology-focused industry.

Students on this exciting new programme will explore the latest business and management thinking, and will examine how this relates to the current business environment. Participants will acquire key management tools and will gain an understanding of how best to use them in the workplace. Learning
strategies will include action learning, case studies, practice based assignments, debates, and problem based learning. Project work, including group activities, will also be an essential component of the programme.

The MSc in Technology and Innovation Management (DT384) is a year-long programme and will be delivered over 3 days per week at the DIT campus in Aungier Street, Dublin 2. It is designed for graduates who have achieved a 2:2 honours minimum in their primary degree. Fee in the region of €7,500 pa.
