Visit of Korean Ambassador

On Friday 14 September, we welcomed Mr Chang Yeob Kim, Ambassador of the Republic of Korea, on a visit to DIT Conservatory of Music and Drama.  Mr Kim toured the Rathmines building and heard a performance by BMus 3 student Shauna Buckingham, accompanied by Mairead Hurley, Head of Voice, Opera and Drama.  Next year marks the 30th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Korea and Ireland and we look forward to the possibility of cultural exchanges in the future.
