An active team player and an excellent communicator - the perfect DIT Graduate

Fifteen DIT graduate employer representatives met in DIT Cathal Brugha Street recently to discuss and agree the attributes of the ‘perfect’ graduate.  The event was facilitated by Jill Barrett, DIT Career Development Centre and Dr.Jen Harvey, DIT Learning, Teaching and Technology Centre.

The focus group of industry representatives considered a whole range of valuable attributes including problem solver, creative, ethical and digitally literate.  Check out the infographic here to see an outline of the process and, most importantly, to see if agreement was reached on what constitutes the ‘perfect’ graduate.
