Join us for two performances of Benjamin Britten’s much-loved children’s opera Noye’s Fludde, which tells the biblical story of Noah and the Ark. Britten’s music is brilliantly scored for an orchestra and choir of children with parts for professionals and audience participation – and, of course, a menagerie of animals. The text is taken from one of the medieval Chester Mystery Plays. Featuring students and staff of DIT Conservatory of Music and Drama, performances take place in the dramatic setting of St Patrick’s Cathedral (Thurs 20 Nov, 8.00pm) and the beautiful Aughrim Street Church (Sun 23 Nov, 6:00pm).

A festive, fun performance for all the family!
