An ?outstanding year? for the School of Media at DIT.

With 37 nominations, students from the School of Media DIT were one of the two dominant players at the Student Media Awards 2016 held at the Aviva Stadium on Thursday April 7th.

The Irish Times report on the results noted that “DIT took five awards, beating larger universities in Dublin and elsewhere.”

In one category alone Radio Production Arts and features, all five finalists were from the School of Media. The final awards were as follows:

KBC Outstanding achievement in Student Media Award,  Niamh Geoghegan.
