Style and Substance: DIT Visual MerchandisingPosted: 9 March, 2018
Final year students of Visual Merchandising in the DIT School of Creative Arts are challenged to develop a design for installation in a retail or merchandising setting as part of their final assessment. The design is developed in conjunction with the student's own work placement employer and is a significant part of their degree award.
You can see the work of three of this year's graduating class currently on public display in Arnotts windows in Dublin's Henry Street. Other installations will appear shortly in IKEA, Brown Thomas, Debenhams, Dunnes Stores, Indigo & Cloth, Avoca Malahide, Avoca Rathcoole, Kildare Village, Harvey Nichols and EZ Living.
