This time of year can be very stressful for students with assignments due and exams nearing, but it is essential that you take some time to look after your mental health. The DIT Student Counselling and Development Service is here to provide support in person, by email or live chat.

If you find that you are not coping with the demands of college and feel that you are stressed and worried about life, don't feel that you have to cope with this alone. You can access the DIT Counselling Service in a number of ways:

Walk-ins

Students who feel that they cannot wait for a scheduled appointment to meet with a counsellor can attend at a walk in service any morning at:
