Short Biography

Linda holds qualifications in optometry, psychology and higher education and is a CORU- and GOC-registered optometrist with 20-plus years experience as a clinician, optometric educator and researcher.  Assigned DIT responsibilities include lectures, practical and clinical supervision across a range of modules on the optometry (DT224) and optical dispensing (DT219) programmes, as well as the supervision and examination of the DIT Learning, Teaching and Technology Centre MSc in Applied e-learning student projects. Linda also acts as an external examiner for MPhil and PhD dissertations and theses.
