Almut Schlepper is a lecturer in German, Russian and English at the Dublin Institute of Technology. She also delivers workshops on intercultural communication and anti-racism. She is a graduate of the Freie Universität Berlin and has an M.Phil from Trinity College Dublin in Ethnic and Racial Studies.
Her research interests include diversity in education, international students and the internationalisation of education.
She is currently involved in curriculum development of the European Masters in Intercultural Communication and English for Academic Purposes.
She is a human rights and anti- racism activist and has edited the Amnesty International poetry collection 'Human Rights have no Borders' by Marino Press.
