The programme is a focussed mathematical programme that addresses the central needs and skills that employers require in the modern technical workforce. It combines elements of statistics, modelling and operations research together with the technical skills to perform the analytical requirements in the finance and business, supply chain management, food and bio-pharma sectors.

Entry requirements:
Entrants should hold at NFQ level 7 or higher qualification in any subject area with a significant mathematical component or equivalent. The Institute guidelines for the Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) will be applied.
Applications will be assessed individually based upon examination results, transcripts from previous study and evidence of certificated/non-certificated additional learning.
