Access DIT Services online

Part-time students who are attending a programme of study being taught onsite at a DIT Campus are normally issued with an invitation to register on their programme.   This letter will detail your Student ID number and your password , you should use this information to access the Online Registration System.  

Remember you need to pay at least half the cost of your programme to become a registered student. 

If you are attending a programme of study being taught at a DIT Campus you should collect your Student ID Card.  You will need to card to access classrooms on site ini some of the DIT Buildings.  This card also doubles as your library card. Once you have registered on your programme you will need to access Webcourses to ensure you can get class notes and assignment from your Lectures.  For a tutorial on how to access webcourse and how to self enrol on your selected modules click here 

Part-time students attending a programme of study being taught onsite at a DIT Campus can access their timetable online here .  If you are unsure how to find your timetable why not have a look at the short tutorial video.

Not to be confused with self enrolment on webcourses.  If you have a choice of modules it is imporant that you login to the online system and tell student administration which modules you are taking for the year. You will normally be emailed with a request to go online to the self service system and de-select modules you are  not taking.

Assignment Time

If you are a part-time student attending classes at one of your DIT Campuses you can avail of the services to help you with your assignments.

 

The Maths Learning Centre have online - tutorial videos to guide you. 

 

The Academic Writing Centre have online information to help you plan and write your assignments. 

 

DIT offers free Microsoft Office Facilites to part-time students studying on site at DIT Campuses.

You can request a confirmation of registration letter from our student service centres, simply email: requestastudentservices@dit.ie be sure to include your student id number and your programme code and year.  Your letter will be sent out in the post to you.
