Incorportated in the Business, Society and Sustainability Research Centre is a group headed by Dr. Aidan O’Driscoll. This College of Business based group incorporates researchers from the School of Marketing (consumption patterns) , the School of Accounting & Finance (corporate social responsibility), the School of Retail and Services Management (eco-packaging and ‘food miles’), and the School of Management (congestion charging and scenario planning). The group is pursuing an integrated demand-oriented perspective on sustainable development by analysing progress in, and interrelations between, issues of sustainable consumption, corporate governance and civic engagement.
