How do I get a list of all the students in my class with their student numbers, email addresses and photographs?

You can access all this information on the Tutor Class Lists resource, without even logging in to InvoView. Use your EGB username and password to log in to the Tutor Class Lists.

Alternatively, if you log in to Business Objects and search for Tutor Class List you can get a list of students with their student numbers, but no photographs. The students e-mail addresses are their student numbers followed by @mydit.ie, e.g. D1234567@mydit.ie. Enter all the required details and run the report.

To save in Excel, click Document (this may be hidden behind the button View in HTML Format), Save to My Computer as, Excel.

If you need to re-enter details, ensure that you select User Prompt input on the left side of your screen, where Navigation Map or Find may appear.
