Providing Solutions To Sustainable Development Challanges

Sustainability is one of the 5 major research and educational themes to which DIT is committed.

By clicking into one of the headings above you can get greater detail on the activities of DIT in areas related to Sustainability. An outline of some of the research is provided below.

The main educational programmes in Sustainability are also highlighted below and by following the link you can quickly get access to any programme of interest.

DIT is also commited to assisting in the development of a Sustainable Ireland. This is exemplified through DIT being one of the founding partners of An tSlí Ghlas (The Greenway), a green cluster growing from the commitments of DIT and our North Dublin partners of Ballymum Regneration, Dublin Airport Authority, Dublin City University, North Dublin Chamber of Commerce, and Fingal County Council.
