11th Annual Survey on Strategic Communications Launched throughout Europe

The European Public Relations Education and Research Association (EUPRERA) launched its annual poll on February 27, 2017, on the status and future of strategic communication. Communication professionals across Europe are invited to participate in the survey - see www.communicationmonitor.eu

The European Communication Monitor is led by professors from renowned universities within the framework of the European Public Relations Education and Research Association (EUPRERA) together with the European Association of Communication Directors (EACD), supported by Prime Research, a global leader in communication research. The Dublin Institute of Technology is the Research Partner for the ECM in Ireland, and the key contact is Dr. John Gallagher, School of Media.

With more than 21,000 participants from over 40 countries to date, the annual European Communication Monitor is the largest empirical survey in communication management and public relations worldwide. The study is undertaken for scientific purposes. Participants will remain anonymous.

Now in its eleventh year it addresses highly debated topics such as the challenges of hypermodernity with all its implications and the relevance of Social Bots. Moreover, the visual shift in communications, quality management and benchmarking practices are in the spotlight of the ECM in 2017.
