President's update on developments in DIT - Next meeting Feb 02

Dear colleagues

As you know, Professor Brian Norton plans to hold regular informal briefings in different campus locations as an opportunity to update colleagues on significant developments taking place in DIT during the year.  The briefings will be short to enable colleagues to drop in and all members of staff will be welcome.  In addition to providing an update on current developments, the President will be happy to take questions and suggestions from colleagues.  The format will be informal but questions and suggestions will be noted for further consideration or to be forwarded to the relevant area of DIT for action.

Dates and venues of the briefings are detailed below.  Briefings are scheduled to take place from 1.15 – 2.00 p.m. and all are welcome to attend.

• Aungier Street  15th February – Room 4086

• Rathmines College  23rd February Room 1.03

• Kevin Street  8th March – Room 2-004

• Cathal Brugha Street  22nd March - Room 16A

The intention is that briefings will be held regularly throughout the year so colleagues will be able to attend at some point.  As these events are not intended to be specific to any one campus location, all briefings are open to all colleagues.
