Big IMPACT: Distinguished Service Award for Michael Tomney 

Michael Tomney, the well-recognised face of DIT at Grangegorman, was recently honoured by the IMPACT Trade Union and was presented with a “Distinguished Service Award” by Shay Cody, Secretary General of IMPACT, in recognition of his service to the union.  Congratulating him on the exceptional award, President of DIT, Professor Brian Norton said he would like to thank Michael for his dedication and engagement over many years, and in particular his contribution to the successful transition to  Grangegorman.
