Update for week of 30 January 2017

Bon appetit!  Dine in Cathal Brugha Street with chefs of the future

The Schools of Culinary Arts and Food Technology and Hospitality Management and Tourism have two Training Restaurants in Cathal Brugha Street - The Blue Room and The Green Room.  Both are working classrooms designed in a restaurant setting. Students from programmes in Culinary Arts, Culinary Entrepreneurship, and Hospitality Management operate the Training Restaurants under the guidance of both a Chef and Restaurant Lecturers, and it is possible to book a table for lunch or dinner during the semester.  Please note, that the Training Restaurants are a classroom environment and the primary objective is to facilitate student learning.
