PDP (Personal Development Plan) Self Assessment Form
Prior to the PDP meeting the staff member should consider their achievements since their previous PDP meetings and their future goals, and send the form to their reviewing manager. This will form the basis for further discussion at the PDP meeting.
Online Tool for completion by Reviewing Manager
On the completion of each PDP meeting, it is essential that the reviewing manager enters the details of the training needs identified for the staff member on the online tool. The information is used by the Staff Development office to inform the Training Needs Analysis for the Institute, and is also a record that the PDP meeting has taken place. No details of the staff member's performance or objectives are captured.
