Staff Development, in conjunction with the TU Dublin City Campus Chaplaincy Service, the Counselling Service, and Sports & Recreation are pleased to offer an annual week long Workplace Wellbeing Programme - a week dedicated to the wellbeing of DIT Staff. Workshops are offered in a wide range of topics, including Stress Management, Building Resilience and Postive Parenting among others.

TU Dublin City Campus Sports & Recreation are offering all of their classes during this week free to staff.  There are a wide range of classes available, including Boxercise, Spin Fit, Yoga and Circuits.  Click here for the full timetable – classes can be booked through the DIT Fit2Go Club app or on the Fit2Go website
