Kirk McCormack

Lecturing in architectural technology

Kirk McCormack is a registered architect and professionally qualified architectural technologist. He lectures on the DT175 BSc (Hons) Architectural Technology programme. He is Year Head for fourth year Technical Design Studio, lectures in Building Technology and supervises final year undergraduate architectural technology dissertations. Kirk is also director of Longform, a design practice working with organisations in the luxury retail, residential, consumer products, hospitality, and public sectors. Kirk is currently chairman of the Irish Design Awards, and President of the Institute of Designers in Ireland (IDI) for 2018.
