Module Description

Perception and investigation

Module Aims

The aim of this module is to introduce fine art learners to the nature of art practice. It aims to encourage reflective practice and to increase awareness of working methods for an artist. This module will provide the theoretical framework within which to locate contemporary debates on art practice. The development of a range of skills such as self-reflection and communication is part of this introductory module.
