Module Description

Theme: Investigation and Expression The study of space through self, object and context.

Module Aims

The broad aim of this module is to introduce the learner to the study of space, in space with an emphasis on process and skills.

Indicative Syllabus

An exploration of objects, context and performance
Development of primary and secondary research methodologies
Documentation in various media formats .
Investigation through drawing of self, object and context
Relevant health and safety awareness.
Study of volume and space in the context of media selection
The use and management of tools and materials
