Learning Outcomes

On Completion of this module, the learner will be able to
1. Design and create drawings of food premises based on a Risk Approach to design.
2. Select appropriate finishes.
3. Integrate Building Services into design.
4. Communicate with other design professionals through drawings and sketches.
5. Identify and discuss the purpose of mechanical and electrical services and their impact on human health and wellbeing.
6. Make assessments of the efficiency of such plant in food related premises.
