Learning Outcomes

On Completion of this module, the learner will be able to
1. Discuss changes in housing policy.
2. Evaluate current and future housing policy both nationally and internationally.
3. Undertake a housing survey relating to building condition.
4. Carry out a teamwork research project.
5. Make basic assessments of housing alteration needs for elderly/ persons with a disability (SHAFE etc).
6. Prepare a basic cost estimation of alteration works.
