Overview
The conference industry world wide is growing in numbers and revenue, subsequently there is a demand for professionals on both the supplier and buyer sides. This module looks at the meeting/conference industry, its growth and development. It also introduces students to the management of meetings of all sizes and to the management and planning of incentives which are often the responsibility of the PCO or the DMC.
Module AimsThe principal aim of this module is to provide the student with an insight into and appreciation for the complexities of the meeting/conference/incentive industry.
