Learning Outcomes

On completion the learner will be able to: 1. Identify the factors that affect the learner's psychological and physical comfort levels. 2. Design and defend room set-up to match meeting objectives. 3. Identify and describe presentations tools appropriate to each type of meeting. 4. Identify and describe the equipment used for A/V presentations.
