Overview
Every meeting and event held is about communicating with the delegate, hence the method of presentation and production becomes a crucial factor in ensuring its success. This module looks at creating the environment in which the delegate is comfortable both physically and mentally ensuring learning. Meeting room set-ups, lighting, sound, staging and audio-visual equipment are also factors that are important to the success of the event.
Module AimsThe aim of this module is to provide students with the knowledge and expertise necessary to guide the meeting planner in providing the right type of environment,supported by the presentation methods and equipment conducive to learning.
