Learning Outcomes
On completion the learner will be able to: 1. Organise conduct and participate in effective meetings. 2. Recognise team skills and demonstrate them in team projects. 3. Develop time planning and working to deadlines. 4. Participate in and present a group presentation relevant to the Hospitality/ Tourism/ Leisure/Event industry. 5. Be involved in collaborative feedback. 6. Illustrate the importance of professional customer care in the Hospitality /Tourism/ Leisure/Event industry. 7. Identify the qualities that contribute to excellence in customer service. 8. Demonstrate knowledge of procedure in dealing with challenging customers. 9. Relate theory to practice in customer service role-plays and case studies etc. relevant to the Hospitality/Tourism/Leisure/Event industry. 10. Identify the elements involved in interviewing and prepare for a successful interview.
