Overview

Module Description

This module focuses on the essential communication skills which students need in order to be effective at college level and within the food industry. Specific methods of communicating are explored and developed for both environments. This gives students ample opportunity to build upon their existing communication skills to increase their interpersonal and professional communication effectiveness.
