Learning Outcomes

On Completion of this module, the learner will be able to
1.Identify environmental contribution to public health disease in Ireland.
2. List the principle food and water borne infectious diseases and understand recent incidence rates in Ireland.
3. Examine and evaluate Environmental Health's contribution to the prevention and control of disease rates.
4. Describe the clinical features and management of a range of communicable diseases
5. Understand and apply epidemiological concepts to outbreaks of Communicable Diseases.
