Learning Outcomes
On Completion of this module, the learner will be able to
1. Apply theoretical principles learnt in class to real life problems to produce effective solutions.
2. Complete five written case studies in Food Safety
3. Complete five written case studies in Public Health
4. Complete five written case studies in Environmental Management
5. Complete five written case studies in Built Environment and Planning
6. Complete five written case studies in Health and Safety
7. Produce a Reflective Report on Placement Experience indicating successes and challenges.
8. Articulate Professional Competencies developed on Placement during an interview comprising Academic and Professional Representation.
9. Understand and apply all legislative criteria experienced during Placement.
10. Understand the health significance of any exceedances of legislative criteria.
