Module Description

The event industry requires managers who are capable of taking charge of managing event projects. This module covers the key processes that an event project manager needs to be conversant with in order to manage event projects effectively.

Module Aims

To enable students to apply the underlying principles of project management within a business environment and the interrelated elements that are necessary for the successful running of a project in the event industry.
