Learning Outcomes

On Completion of this module, the learner will be able to
1. Having completed this module, the learner should be able to evaluate safety of a range of mainly imported, foodstuffs and other products and take appropriate action to address non compliances.
2. Understand the principles governing the Environmental Health risks associated with milk and milk products for human consumption
3. Audit and assess food safety in milk production, processing and ice cream manufacture from the farm to the consumer.
