Learning Outcomes

On Completion of this module, the learner will be able to
1. Apply the principles of food hygiene to food businesses
2. Evaluate standards of food hygiene.
3. Evaluate legal compliance of food in respect of additives, labelling, etc.
4. Contribute to devising a food standards monitoring programme.
