Learning Outcomes
On Completion of this module, the learner will be able to
1. Understand and describe official/regulatory food safety programmes with particular emphasis on the Hygiene Package.
2. Apply official regulatory control in various contexts and settings.
3. Devise and implement appropriate food hygiene programmes in food industries that will ensure legal compliance / follow-up action in appropriate circumstances
4. Determine how food businesses can ensure that they are in compliance with legal food safety standards.
