Learning Outcomes
On Completion of this module, the learner will be able to
1. Students should be familiar with the requirements of components and basic management of Food Safety & Quality Systems
2. Students should be developing their ability to evaluate and integrate existing food safety systems along the food chain.
3. Be able to train others to at least intermediate levels.
