Learning & Teaching Methods

Learning and Teaching Methods Students will acquire and develop their operational skills by participating in a minimum of 200 hours of approved and accredited hospitality work experience. This will be guided by a tutor who will discuss the plans with the group and review the progress and learning goals periodically. Students will be required to maintain a reflective journal. Students will also be encouraged to identify and discuss issues they encounter.
