Learning Outcomes

On completion the learner should be able to use a computer to:
Undertake specified tasks in order to appropriately present a document using an industry standard word processor
Undertake specified tasks in order to appropriately prepare a presentation for delivery using industry standard software
Undertake specified tasks in order to appropriately process and present numerical data using an in industry standard spreadsheet
Demonstrate the ability to use e-mail, internet search, DIT's e-learning environment and DIT web resources
Demonstrate the storage, retrieval and backing up of data using appropriate processes and media
Demonstrate the use of available help functions and appropriate learning resources for all applications
