Learning Outcomes
On successful completion of this module the learner would be expected to be able to: 1. Design, develop and document a database application. 2. Provide a firm foundation in the concepts and components of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) both in general and within the hospitality/ tourism/ leisure and events industries. 3. Provide an understanding of the role and management of hardware and software in a business environment. 4. Describe the function of both generic and industry specific software.
