Overview
This module has a specific focus on innovation and creativity within the hospitality and tourism sector, focusing on innovation at the level of the organisation . The primary aim is to give the learner a short, intensive insight into how they as an individual manager, and a member of the organisation, may create and maintain innovation in all aspects of the hospitality and tourism organisation.
