Learning Outcomes
On completion the learner will be able to: 1. Elucidate Consumer Behaviour in a marketing context. 2. Demonstrate how concepts from psychology can contribute to understanding how tourists behave. 3. Demonstrate an exploration of aspects of consumer decision making in an applied tourism marketing context. 4. Discuss the major implications derived from Consumer Behaviour analysis and their impact on targeting and positioning. 5. Examine key issues related to tourism organisational behaviour and market environment.
