Module Description

The module introduces students to regulatory framework for all participants of the nutraceutical industry. It also provides an insight into the principles of marketing of food and functional food products.

Module Aims

To develop an understanding and awareness of 1. The regulatory framework for all participants in nutraceutical industry. 2. The principles underlying marketing and market research particular as they apply to the functional food industry.
