Overview
This module provides students with an introduction to the national heritage and culture of Ireland, including the physical, natural, human and socio-economic heritages and cultures, and places these in the context of the Irish Tourism Industry. This module incorporates part of the Get Smart! initiative.
Module AimsTo provide students with an awareness and understanding of the potential of Irish heritage and culture in terms of sustainable tourism development. Also to provide students with the skills of compiling a heritage audit.
