What is Bachelor of Science (Ord) Property and Facilities Management?

Graduates of the Higher Certificate in Property and Facility Management are eligible to progress to the Bachelor of Science Degree programme. This is a part-time course, organised directly by the Society of Chartered Surveyors and is run in partnership with the College of Engineering & the Built Environment at the Dublin Institute of Technology, Bolton Street. On completion, graduates will have a knowledge and understanding of the theory, concepts and methods pertaining to the field of property and facilities management.

Students may be required to attend classes at locations across the Institute.
