Overview
This programme offers you the opportunity to obtain a degree in Medicinal Chemistry and Pharmaceutical Sciences. The programme is run over three years and includes a final year project. It is a very practical programme that will equip graduates with strong analytical chemistry skills for the Pharmaceutical and Chemical Industry in Ireland. It is possible to transfer into the add-on Chemical Sciences Honours degree (DT299) once the appropriate grades are achieved in your final year. Leaving Certificate Chemistry is not a requirement for entry to this programme.
Students may be required to attend classes at locations across the Institute.
