What is Master of Science Strategic Management?

This programme is primarily designed to offer a variety of challenges to graduates of honours business degrees or other honours degrees with a minimum of 50% business subjects. This programme aims to provide such graduates with an integrated strategic perspective on management. The programme builds on graduates' intellectual formation and knowledge of the business discipline, deepening their understanding and knowledge of strategic management. The MSc in Strategic Management programme is constituted of core modules which all students will undertake plus specialist streams and a research report. Students will take all core modules plus one of the streams (comprised of 3 modules) or they may elect to select across streams. Students who select one of the streams will also undertake their research report in the same area e.g., students who select the Retail Stream will undertake a Retail research report. The Stream plus the Research Report attract a total of 40 ECTS from the total of 90 ECTS for the total programme.

Students may be required to attend classes at locations across the Institute.
