The B.Sc. Human Resource Management is a four-year undergraduate programme designed to develop a Human Resource Management graduate, through the process of intellectual formation, with a comprehensive understanding of the philosophy of Human Resource Management theory coupled with a range of knowledge and skills necessary to function as an effective Human Resource Management professional in a commercial environment. The programme has been designed through two vertical strands of study that run throughout the four years of the programme with levels of integration incorporated at various stages. The two major vertical strands are: (i) Human Resource Management; and (ii) business operations.
