What is Bachelor of Science (Hons) Culinary Entrepreneurship?

This programme offers great opportunities for individuals who wish to pursue a career in food and beverage culinary management. The international food and beverage industry embraces all areas of food and beverage such as, wedding planning, culinary arts, banqueting/culinary event management, bar, restaurant and food retail management. These areas have expanded rapidly in the last decade giving rise to a growing demand for professional managers. This growth both nationally and internationally has been driven by an increasingly sophisticated market place that demands quality and professionalism in an increasingly wider array of food and beverage services.

Students may be required to attend classes at locations across the Institute.
